Welcome to the website for Palmetto State Systema and thank you for visiting. Palmetto State Systema is a martial arts school dedicated to learning and practicing the Russian martial art of Systema (The System) as taught by Mikhail Ryabko and Vladimir Vasiliev. The local instructor is Mark Jakabcsin, who is a certified instructor under Mr. Vasiliev. The training occurs at the Ultimate Gym (www.ultimate-gym.com), Monday nights (6:30-8pm), Thursday nights (6:30-8pm) and Friday's (11am-12:30pm) at the Ultimate Gym, 401 East 35th Street, Charlotte, NC 28205. Plus we will do two Saturday classes (10am-noon) per month TBD the begining of the month. 

Class size varies depending on day of the week and time. There are multiple payment plans available to fit everyone's needs. The best way to learn if Systema is for you is to train a few classes and give it a try.
